If you use our advisor-matching service, we collect the information you provide in the questionnaire and lead form — such as your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, age range, and general information about your retirement assets and goals.

How we use and share it

We use technical information to operate and improve the site and to measure advertising. If you submit the matching form, we share the information you provided with the advisor-matching network and/or financial advisors so they can contact you about your request — that is the purpose of the service, and we may be compensated for the introduction. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing.

Your choices

You may decline cookies in your browser settings. You may ask us to delete the information you submitted, or to stop sharing it, by emailing hello@vestbourne.com. Advisors who have already received your information maintain their own privacy practices; we will pass your request to them where we can.

Data retention and security

We retain submitted information as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
